Service Instructions and Procedure

Thank you for choosing our services! Once your payment is made and your booking is confirmed, your spot is secured. To ensure the best possible experience, please review the following procedures:

  • For bookings with hotel details provided: We will typically contact your hotel reception a day in advance to leave a message confirming your meeting with our driver on the day of your tour. If this message is not received, our driver will meet you in your hotel lobby at the pick-up time specified in your confirmation. Please present your booking confirmation to the driver upon meeting.
  • For those opting for the “own travel” option: We will meet you at the Elephant Camp on the confirmed tour date and time. Please present your booking confirmation to the driver upon meeting or upon arrival at the camp. You can also find driving directions here: Driving Directions.
  • For bookings with “Hotel not booked yet”: Kindly inform us of your hotel details at least one day before the service date using the provided contact information. If we do not receive this, we will await your arrival at the Elephant Camp at the scheduled booking date and time.
  • For bookings with a deposit payment: The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival at the Elephant Camp, before the service begins.
