Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, you (“the guest”, “you”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Cut-Off Date: To secure your spot, please make your reservation at least 1 day before the date of service.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once full payment is successfully received. A confirmation email with all details will be sent to you.
  • Changes to Booking: Changes to the booking, including dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes must be communicated via our designated contact channels.
  • Presentation of Confirmation: Please present your booking confirmation at your hotel before the transfer service begins.

   Payment

  • Payment Method: You agree to pay using a credit or debit card that is valid for legal transactions.
  • Credit/Debit Card Usage: Cards are accepted for all bookings made through our website. For bookings and payments made locally or within the territory of Thailand, bank transfers and cash payments are also accepted.
  • Balance of Payment: If a deposit was made, please ensure that the remaining balance is settled in cash before the transfer service starts at your hotel.

   Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Tour-Date (UTC+07:00 Bangkok): A full refund will be issued after deducting a service fee of THB 1,000 and all applicable bank fees.
  • Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Tour-Date and/or No Show: No refund will be issued.
  • Deposit Payments: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Refund Requests: Refunds can only be requested if agreed upon by the seller. The seller will inform you of the refund process.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and to the person who made the payment. Timing of refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds are not guaranteed to be credited promptly, as processing times may vary.
  • Suspension of Payment or Refund Requests Through Payment Service Providers: Notification of suspension of payment or refund requests through banks, financial institutions, or other entities besides the company will be considered a violation of the terms of use. Such actions may lead to temporary suspension of your account and immediate investigation. The company will not be able to refund the amount if such actions are taken.
